Remote Worker LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Bolton Call Centre. You will be the friendly voice helping customers, delivering exceptional service, and arranging engineer visits when needed.

This role lies at the heart of our customer-first approach and offers a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will work a 37.5-hour week on a set pattern, with only 1 in 4 weekends, and enjoy hybrid working where applicable, plus a range of discounts and pension benefits to support

Qualifications

• Experience in a Call Centre or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a friendly approach.
• Ability to handle queries and escalate where needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries by phone and email with a helpful, professional manner.
• Provide information, troubleshoot, and guide customers through solutions.
• Arrange engineer visits when required to resolve issues efficiently.
