Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team in Milton Keynes on a hybrid basis, 1-2 days in the office.

You will maintain and enhance Microsoft 365 services, manage identity and access, support endpoint security, and drive automation with PowerShell. You will work with stakeholders across the business to deliver effective, secure workplace technology and improve colleague productivity.

Qualifications

Experience administering Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams and Exchange Online.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Experience working within enterprise IT infrastructure or Modern Workplace environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Supporting and enhancing Microsoft 365 services.
Acting as an SME for Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and related workplace technologies.
Managing identity and access management processes.
Supporting endpoint security, compliance and governance requirements.
Driving service improvements, automation and workplace technology enhancements.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver effective solutions.
