Job summary

Domino's UK & Ireland is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team in Milton Keynes. The role supports Microsoft 365, identity management, and endpoint security, with hybrid work 1-2 days in our Milton Keynes office.

You'll help maintain and improve our workplace technology environment, act as SME for 365/Intune/Entra ID, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions that boost productivity and security.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 including SharePoint Online, Teams and Exchange Online.
• Strong knowledge of Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience with Entra ID/Active Directory.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or Modern Workplace environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

About The Role

Modern Workplace Engineer

Milton Keynes (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in the office)

At Domino's, technology plays a vital role in helping us deliver for our customers, franchise partners and colleagues. As we continue to invest in our digital workplace, we're looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team.

Reporting to the Senior Platform Services Manager, you'll help support and enhance the technology experience across the business. From Microsoft 365 and identity management to endpoint security and workplace improvements, you'll play a key role in ensuring colleagues have the tools they need to succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled team, work across a broad technology landscape and contribute to projects that improve productivity, security and the overall colleague experience.

What You'll Bring

You'll be someone who combines strong technical expertise with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

You'll bring:

• Experience administering Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams and Exchange Online.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.

Microsoft certifications are desirable but not essential.
