Job summary

Domino's UK & Ireland is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team in Milton Keynes. The role supports Microsoft 365, identity management, and endpoint security, with hybrid work 1-2 days in our Milton Keynes office.

You'll help maintain and improve our workplace technology environment, act as SME for 365/Intune/Entra ID, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions that boost productivity and security.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 including SharePoint Online, Teams and Exchange Online.
• Strong knowledge of Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience with Entra ID/Active Directory.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or Modern Workplace environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support and improve our workplace technology environment.
• Act as SME for Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and related technologies.
• Manage identity and access management processes.
• Support endpoint security, compliance and governance requirements.
• Drive service improvements, automation and workplace tech enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver solutions.
