Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd is looking for a Modern Workplace Specialist to join our Group Support team in Lichfield. This hands-on role designs, implements, and supports Microsoft 365 and endpoints to enable secure collaboration across the organisation.

You will work closely with IT and business colleagues, delivering guidance, automation, and ongoing digital transformation while improving user experience and security in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Modern Workplace projects and services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and security controls.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Provide end-user support for Modern Workplace issues.
• Manage Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning.
• Manage devices with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
• Package and deploy software with automation.
• Support security and compliance across M365 and Azure.
• Enhance collaboration via Teams and SharePoint.
• Manage Apple devices via Apple Business Manager.
• Support BYOD secure environment.
• Produce documentation and deliver user IT training.
