Job summary

Lyreco is seeking an Existing Business Development Manager to join our Mid-Market team. The role covers the London and Home Counties area with responsibilities to grow and retain an existing customer base, while driving margin improvements.

You will manage relationships, perform regular customer visits, and implement development plans to expand our footprint within current accounts. Strong Excel skills and a proven sales track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets.
• Evidence of selling skills to grow existing business.
• Excellent customer awareness and ability to build relationships with existing customers.
• Ability to sell and negotiate at all levels within an organization.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and margin targets by retaining and growing a defined customer base.
• Manage relationships and accounts; new wins will be handed over regularly to you.
• Lead margin discussions and optimize profitability of accounts.
• Visit customers regularly to deliver account development plans and growth initiatives.
• Implement and launch new accounts as required.
