Job summary

Lyreco is seeking an experienced Existing Business Development Manager to cover Crewe, Stockport, Stoke and Telford within the Mid-Market team.

You will manage relationships, grow revenue, and run account development plans with regular visits across the UK regions served. The role combines field work with home-based flexibility after probation, and includes a commission structure and company car.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting sales and margin targets.
• Evidence of selling skills to grow existing business.
• Excellent customer awareness and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to negotiate at all levels within an organisation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and accounts to retain and grow a defined customer base.
• Maintain and grow existing business accounts.
• Conduct margin discussions as needed.
• Regular customer visits to create and deliver account development plans.
• Implement and launch new accounts as required.
