Job summary

Lyreco is recruiting a New Business Development Manager for Bromley and surrounding areas. You will win and implement new accounts, set up and grow new client portfolios, and work with Account Managers to secure and hand over opportunities. Strong B2B sales experience and Excel proficiency are essential.

The role includes a base salary up to £38k plus commission, a company car, laptop and phone, with benefits and a supportive development program. Monday to Friday, standard hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business sales.
• Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline of new business.
• Strong negotiation and account management skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Consistently win and implement new accounts within defined prospects.
• Set up new accounts with focus on product penetration and profit.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and margins as needed.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to handover new accounts.
