Job summary

Lyreco is a market leader in Workplace Solutions, seeking a New Business Development Manager to build and win new accounts in Bromley and surrounding areas. The role focuses on mid-market customers, collaboration with Account Managers, and delivering profitable growth.

You will manage a new business pipeline, set up accounts, negotiate pricing, and work with the team to ensure smooth handover of new customers. Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, base salary up to £38k plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets.
• Ability to build and develop a pipeline of new business.
• Excellent customer awareness and relationship-building skills.
• Able to sell and negotiate at all levels within an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Consistently win new customers within a defined prospect area.
• Implement and set up new accounts with focus on product penetration and profit.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and margin with customers as needed.
• Work with the wider team to grow and develop business in the Central London area.
