Job summary

Lyreco Group, a market-leading workplace solutions provider, is recruiting a New Business Development Manager for Bromley and surrounding areas. You will build a new business pipeline and convert opportunities into accounts, working with Account Managers to secure handovers and drive revenue.

The role offers a base salary up to £38k per annum plus commission, a company car, laptop and phone, with additional incentives for top performers.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets.
• Ability to build and develop a pipeline of new business.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently win new customers within a defined prospect area.
• Implement and set up new accounts, focusing on product penetration and profit.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and margin with customers as needed.
• Work with the wider team to grow and develop business in the Central London area.
