Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organised Rostering and Data Administrator to support medical staffing. This hybrid role involves workforce analytics, rostering, and data reporting to enable safe deployment of doctors across the Trust.

You will work with Clinical Directors, Managers and Residents to optimise rotas, improve leave processes and contribute to major workforce initiatives. Flexible working and home-working opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or NVQ level 4 or equivalent professional experience.
• Evidence of continuing personal and professional development.
• Experience of roster management, workforce systems or scheduling systems.
• Experience maintaining and updating databases or information systems.
• Experience producing statistical or management reports for varied audiences.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Experience using Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience of change management and implementing new processes.
• Experience developing dashboards and performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, compliant deployment of doctors across the Trust.
• Manage and analyse workforce data, produce reports and insights.
• Maintain accuracy of key workforce systems and introduce improvements.
• Develop safe medical rotas and support contractual compliance.
