We are seeking a highly organised, detail-focused and analytical individual to join our Medical Staffing team as a Rostering and Data Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of workforce planning for our medical workforce supporting the safe, compliant and effective deployment of doctors across the Trust.

In this varied role, you will help manage complex information, develop safer and more effective rotas, improve annual leave management processes and support major workforce initiatives.
