Job summary

North Star is seeking a detail-focused Crewing Coordinator to ensure vessels remain safely crewed, compliant and operationally ready across an offshore fleet.

You will work with Fleet Managers, Masters and offshore personnel to coordinate crew planning, recruitment, onboarding and payroll administration, while maintaining qualifications and training requirements to support safe operations. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in crewing, workforce planning, personnel logistics or seafarer management.
• Experience in maritime, offshore, logistics or other operationally focused industries is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew planning and recruitment across an assigned fleet.
• Manage crew availability, qualifications, certification and training requirements.
• Support onboarding, payroll administration and workforce planning initiatives.
• Assist with crew mobilisation and urgent crew-change activities as needed.
