Job summary

Consortio Recruitment Group, partnering with a leading shipmanagement organisation, invites applications for a Crewing Operator in its Maritime HR team. The role focuses on day-to-day coordination of crew movements and ensuring compliance with company procedures, STCW and Flag State requirements.

You will work with the Crewing Fleet Manager to schedule crew changes, monitor qualifications and training, assist with medical cases and travel arrangements, and maintain clear communication across

Qualifications

  • Maritime experience: 2+ years on board or ashore in shipping or maritime organisation.
  • Crew management knowledge: familiarity with crew changes, SEAs, documentation and training requirements.
  • Organisation & administration: strong organisational skills to coordinate movements and admin tasks.
  • Communication & teamwork: clear written and spoken English and ability to liaise with stakeholders.
  • IT & procedures: proficient IT skills and willingness to adopt new systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily crew movements and scheduling.
  • Monitor qualifications, training, and certifications.
  • Assist with medical cases and travel arrangements.
