Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational backbone. You will manage demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics across multiple regions while collaborating directly with the Founder & CEO.

The role is hybrid, with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays in Chelsea, London, and flexible work otherwise. You will build scalable processes as the business scales and report to Amelia Hitchcock-Merritt.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast growing DTC/e-commerce.
• Strong analytical background with spreadsheets and forecasting modeling ability.
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times, and coordinating 3PLs.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse systems; familiarity with ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Financial literacy: cash flow, carrying costs, and spend decisions.
• Import/export experience and knowledge of customs, tariffs, and international logistics.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Build and own sales forecasting models; allocate inventory across UK/EU/US warehouses.
• Set pricing strategies based on margin analysis and market positioning.
• Own supplier relations, production timelines, and quality issue resolution.
• Manage international shipments, ASNs, and freight schedules with logistics partners.
• Ensure Shopify remains the single source of truth for product data.
• Lead continuous improvement of import/export workflows and costs.
