Job summary

Nicolaudie UK, part of Nicolaudie Group, seeks a Technical Support Specialist in Brighton to deliver high-quality technical support for our entertainment lighting solutions. You will assist customers via online tickets and forums, maintain documentation, and contribute to QA through product testing and issue tracking.

The role offers hybrid work with up to 2 days remote, a friendly team, and opportunities to attend trade shows and industry exhibitions while developing practical knowledge across

Qualifications

• A keen interest and knowledge of creative computing (e.g. music, design, video software).
• A good level of secondary education.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• The ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
• The ability to work to deadlines and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality technical support for entertainment lighting solutions via online tickets and forums.
• Maintain complex technical documentation and contribute to QA through product testing and managing reported issues, requests and feature ideas.
