Nicolaudie Group is seeking a Technical Support & Showcase Specialist for the Brighton UK office. You will deliver high-quality technical support and conduct product demonstrations for entertainment lighting solutions.

The role involves regular travel to Germany and occasional home-working up to two days per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and German, enjoy presenting to customers, and have a keen interest in creative computing.

Qualificações

• Fluent English and German, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel to Germany and other locations.
• Experience presenting products to customers.
• Interest in creative computing (music, design, video software).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines (SLAs).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Experience with task management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical support via online tickets and forums.
• Maintain an active presence in online user forums and demonstrate products to clients.
• Travel to Germany to present Nicolaudie products to prospective and current clients.
• Present products on camera for promotional or instructional videos when required.
