Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the Lighting department. The role involves providing technical, equipment and design expertise to Project Managers and colleagues, while maintaining high technical knowledge across Creative Technology offerings.

You will support multiple projects, including on-site work, and document outcomes to guide future delivery decisions. Training and mentoring peers is expected as part of delivering robust project solutions.

• Proven ability to learn new technology, systems and processes.
• High attention to detail for technical work and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, equipment and design expertise to Projects Managers and Account Managers.
• Develop and maintain on-site support for multiple projects as needed.
• Train engineers and technicians on equipment and systems; deliver formal training sessions.
• Assist with evaluating new equipment or technologies and advise on future investment.
• Produce documentation including drawings, plots, schematics, and handover materials.
• Support on-site delivery and remote assistance as required.
