Job summary

Circle Recruitment is seeking an IT Trainer for a leading Legal Firm in Birmingham. The role focuses on delivering training on Microsoft 365 and legal applications such as BigHand, iManage and Intapp, with a hybrid mix of 2–3 days in the office and 2–3 days at home.

You will design and deliver training programs, create materials, and provide varied formats including classroom, one-to-one, webinars and e-learning to upskill staff across practice and case management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT training in a legal or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training materials.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT training courses in classroom, one-to-one, webinars and e-learning.
• Develop courseware and update materials to standards.
• Collaborate with IT staff to support end-user learning for legal apps.
