You will partner with senior leaders, design workforce planning and recruitment frameworks, drive analytics and reporting, and lead a small TA team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading talent acquisition, workforce planning or transformation initiatives.
• Track record delivering recruitment programmes in complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience implementing recruitment systems, operating models and process improvements.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of TA and Workforce Planning Programme.
• Develop workforce planning and forecasting processes.
• Design recruitment frameworks, systems and governance.
• Provide strategic workforce insight and analytics to senior leadership.
• Support organisational design and resourcing strategies.
• Lead and develop a small TA team.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation at the highest levels.
