Job summary

Midland Heart is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join the People Services team, helping design and deliver learning initiatives that develop skills, behaviours and leadership capability across the organisation.

You will collaborate with teams across the organisation to build capability, strengthen leadership and enhance our learning offer, supporting onboarding, leadership development and evaluation of impact.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions (blended/digital/face-to-face).
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs.
• Experience across full training cycle: analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of learning solutions to build capability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify mandatory training requirements.
• Work with digital learning specialists to develop online and blended learning.
• Support onboarding and induction experiences for new colleagues.
• Support leadership and management development programmes.
• Monitor learning activity and evaluate impact for continuous improvement.
