Qualifications

• Experience of diagnosing learning, capability and development needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Experience of designing, delivering and evaluating leadership, learning or people development programmes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consultancy and influencing skills.
• Experience of managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of contemporary learning design, facilitation and evaluation approaches.
• Experience of developing inclusive and accessible learning solutions.
• The ability to use evidence, data and insight to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the diagnosis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of people development programmes, projects and interventions.
• Work with leaders, managers and stakeholders to identify development needs and recommend evidence-informed solutions.
• Create high-quality learning resources, programme frameworks, facilitator materials and digital content that support engaging and accessible learning experiences.
• Facilitate learning and development activities for colleagues, managers, leaders and teams across the University.
• Manage your own projects and priorities, ensuring agreed milestones, outcomes and quality standards are achieved.
• Promote modern approaches to learning through workplace, social, experiential, digital and formal learning methods.
• Use insight, evaluation and evidence to measure impact and continuously improve development provision.
• Build effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver high-quality development opportunities.
