Membership Bespoke is recruiting a Head of Learning and Development to lead and transform the organisation's L&D provision. You will own the full training portfolio, ensuring it remains high quality, compliant, commercially sustainable, and responsive to member needs and sector demands.

The role requires strategic leadership with a track record of driving profitable growth in L&D products and services, including bespoke learning and consultancy solutions for organisations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Learning and Development or professional education.
• Experience in regulated or quality-assured environments.
• Track record of profitable growth of L&D products or services.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D strategy and portfolio for growth and profitability.
• Drive revenue, margins and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Develop and launch learning products and consultancy solutions.
• Ensure offerings meet member needs, market demand and regulatory requirements.
• Lead transformation across people, processes and systems.
• Oversee digital, blended and face-to-face programmes.
• Maintain quality assurance, assessment and compliance with awarding bodies.
• Develop bespoke learning solutions for organisations and employers.
• Manage external partnerships with universities and institutions.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing multi-disciplinary team.
• Take ownership of budgets, pricing and financial performance.
