First Mile | Certified B Corp is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager in Newark, Nottinghamshire to grow our waste management partnerships.

You will manage allocated accounts, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue, margins and service excellence across brokered waste solutions. The role demands proactive account development and a focus on value for customers and the company.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the waste industry and account management.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing existing accounts.
• Experience in customer service/account management teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow allocated accounts and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure smooth transitions on contract entry/exit.
• Develop (ADP) and review service delivery with customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
• Keep CRM updated and provide timely reports.
