Omnes Healthcare Limited is seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our NHS-focused IT team. You will provide end-user support across hardware, software, and NHS applications (TPP Systmone, EMIS, ERS), diagnose issues, and maintain systems.

This hybrid role involves incident management, site support for multiple locations, IT audits, and coordinating with vendors. Strong communication, NHS experience, and ITIL familiarity are desirable; on-call and occasional after-hours work may be

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Proven IT Support Analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist NHS product support (TPP Systmone, EMIS, ERS).
• Assist IT administrators and collaborate with vendors.
