Job summary

Odevo Group UK IT Shared Service team is seeking an EUC Technician to provide friendly IT support to colleagues and external customers, resolving issues and keeping devices running smoothly.

You will gain experience across Microsoft 365, Windows, AD, Azure, Intune and Autopilot, with opportunities to contribute to infrastructure upgrades and technology rollouts in a supportive, collaborative UK-wide environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience in an IT support, service desk or 1st/2nd-line role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals, with an interest in developing cloud and device-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, taking ownership of support requests.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, Azure and networking environments.
• Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and email services, following security and compliance best practices.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, patching, migrations and technology rollouts.
• Maintain accurate asset records and clear technical documentation.
