Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLP is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to support approximately 1,400 users across the UK from our London office. The role covers Windows devices, Microsoft 365, identity, mobile devices and end-user infrastructure.

You will handle day-to-day requests, take ownership of complex issues, provide escalation support, and liaise with specialist IT teams. The position is full time with a hybrid work pattern after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Desk or desktop support.
• Ability to own and resolve technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line technical support by phone, remote tools, and in person.
• Manage incidents and service requests through HaloITSM.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams and business apps.
• Investigate authentication and access issues in Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Support Windows device deployment and Apple iPhones.
• Troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop and VPN connectivity.
