Job summary

Qualifications

• Windows 10 deployments, imaging and upgrades.
• Active Directory/Exchange user administration.
• Support of MS Office/Teams and remote desktop services.
• Experience with remote/flexible workers and remote access.
• Knowledge of virtualised environments (e.g., VMware).
• Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, firewalls.
• Exposure to hosted/cloud solutions such as Office 365, Azure.
• Knowledge of AV/conference services.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log and respond to Help Desk calls/emails and provide timely resolution or escalation.
• Assist with setup, deployment, maintenance and repair of laptops, desktops, mobiles and other IT equipment.
• Administer Active Directory and user accounts.
• Understand networking fundamentals and troubleshoot related issues.
• Support end-user workstation applications and MS Office/Teams.
• Provide support for remote/flexible workers and remote desktop/services.
