Job summary

Kevin James Ltd. based in Basildon, Essex, is seeking a Field Support Engineer for a hybrid role with remote and on-site client support across the UK.

You will troubleshoot desktop, network and cloud system issues, working with a proactive team to deliver high-quality IT services. The ideal candidate brings strong Windows 11, Azure, AD, Entra & In-Tune, and Microsoft 365 experience, plus networking and MDM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience
• Experience with Windows 11 environments
• Familiarity with Azure cloud environments
• Active Directory administration & management
• Experience with Microsoft Entra & In-Tune
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Office apps support
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switches, routers)
• MDM familiarity
• Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus
