Qualifications

• Experience in resolving technical incidents within an ITIL-aligned environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across common enterprise tools and services.
• Ability to document and share knowledge with customers and peers.

Responsabilités

• Provide a single point of contact for in-scope end user software support requests.
• Resolve technical issues via telephone, live chat, or self-service.
• Prioritise, progress, and monitor incidents to meet SLAs.
• Maintain and create knowledge articles to fill gaps.
• Initiate major incident processes when needed.
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Support Service Management Team with escalations.
