Job summary

Hireful in Oxford is seeking an IT Account Manager to join our established MSP supporting schools across England. You will manage the full customer journey from enquiry to quotation, process orders and coordinate purchasing to ensure timely delivery.

You will work closely with schools, suppliers and project teams, acting as a trusted point of contact in your region. Exceptional communication and the ability to juggle priorities to meet SLAs are essential.

Qualifications

• Need strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs.
• Experience in IT sales or account management is desirable.
