Job summary

hireful is seeking an IT Account Manager to help schools across England access technology and services. The role covers end-to-end sales activities from enquiries through quotations and orders to delivery, within a hybrid Oxford-based setup.

You will work with schools, suppliers and project teams to nurture relationships, support renewals and spot new sales opportunities. Prior IT sales/account management experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in IT sales, internal sales, account management, procurement or customer service.
• Knowledge of CRM and accounting systems, Microsoft licensing, hardware/software procurement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer journey from enquiries to quotations, orders and delivery.
• Produce accurate quotations and coordinate purchasing to meet timelines.
• Negotiate with suppliers, support renewals and identify sales opportunities.
• Liaise with schools, suppliers, consultants, project teams and internal stakeholders.
