Job summary

Confidential is seeking an organised Internal Account Manager to manage the end-to-end sales and procurement process across an assigned customer base. You will prepare quotations, process sales orders, place and track supplier orders, manage renewals and support installation projects as required.

You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered smoothly while identifying opportunities and providing a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, account management, customer service or sales administration.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Good commercial awareness and supplier negotiation skills.
• Strong IT and CRM/accounting system skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Experience within the technology sector is desirable.
