Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group in Witney is seeking an organized Internal Account Manager to oversee end-to-end sales and procurement for a defined client base. You will prepare quotations, process orders, manage supplier orders, renewals and project support, while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

Experience in internal sales, account management, customer service or sales administration.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Good commercial awareness and supplier negotiation skills.
Strong IT and CRM/accounting system skills.
A proactive, customer-focused approach.
Experience within the technology sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end sales and procurement process for assigned client base.
Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
Place and track supplier orders and manage renewals.
Provide project support for installations when required.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
Identify opportunities and deliver high level customer service.
