Confidential in Witney is seeking an Internal Account Manager to own the end-to-end sales and procurement lifecycle. You will manage quotations, orders and after-sales support, working closely with customers, consultants and suppliers to deliver accurate quotes and timely updates.

The role focuses on developing strong relationships, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the purchasing journey.

Formación

• Previous experience in internal sales, account management, purchasing or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end sales process for designated regions, from quotation to order fulfilment.
• Produce accurate quotations within agreed service levels.
• Build strong relationships with schools, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Convert approved quotations into sales orders and issue contractual documentation.
• Place and manage orders for hardware, software, licensing and project-related equipment.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure products are delivered in line with installation schedules.
• Manage software, licensing, broadband and hardware warranty renewals.
• Act as a first point of contact for customer and consultant enquiries.
• Work with suppliers to obtain pricing, product information and lead times.
• Support warranty claims, invoice queries and supplier certification requirements.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and finance systems.
