Underwrite and negotiate Property & Casualty business within your authority.
Build and maintain excellent broker relationships through regular engagement.
Apply pricing strategies and risk assessment to drive profitable growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices.
Contribute to process improvements and support broker team ideas.
Represent the brand at broker meetings, industry events, and field visits.
