Job summary

Everywhen in the UK is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy contact centre in Brierley Hill. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, support quotes, and assist sales while delivering a highly customer‑focused service.

The base salary is £25,030 with a quarterly bonus of up to £4,000 (OTE £29,030). Full training, hybrid working after 4 months, 26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and progression to industry qualifications (CII/ACII) are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Able to work on a rota including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre.
• Support customers with existing quotes and sales inquiries.
• Deliver a highly customer-focused service and balance sales, retention, and productivity.
