Everywhen in the West Midlands is seeking a contact centre agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, support customers with business quotes and motor insurance inquiries, and deliver a consistently customer-focused service.
Start date is soon with full training provided, and hybrid working after a 4‑month probation. The role offers a base salary of £25,030 plus a generous quarterly bonus, with 26 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
Location: Brierley Hill
Salary: £25,030 + generous quarterly bonus (OTE up to £29,030)
Hours: Full-time on a rota basis between 8am-6pm, plus one Saturday in every three (Time given back in lieu)

Supporting customers with existing business quotes, supporting sales alongisde general inquires you will also deal with motor insurance queries
