Reporting to the HR Manager, you will own day-to-day HR administration, support Hi Bob HRIS, coordinate wellbeing and employer branding, and help deliver a proactive, customer‑focused HR service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR administration or operational HR experience.
• Experience administering or developing an HRIS and HR processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive mindset.

• Deliver proactive HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Support HR systems, workflows, and reporting, including HiBob.
• Coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing, and employer branding initiatives.
