Job summary

Eliquo Hydrok Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee day-to-day HR operations across the business in the UK. You will act as the key contact for managers and employees, ensuring compliant processes, clear guidance and accurate documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the HR Officer, you will drive onboarding, performance reviews, wellbeing initiatives and benefits administration, while deploying HR systems and supporting line managers with employee

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end HR processes and documentation.
• Experience deploying HR systems and tooling (HRIS, sign‑offs, digital documents).
• Overseeing recruitment processes through HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and act as a key point of contact for managers and staff.
• Own and deploy HR systems (Teamtailor, Simployer, Time & Attendance, Docusign).
• Oversee recruitment and job postings, onboarding, reviews and offboarding.
• Monitor performance, attendance and sick leave; identify trends and actions.
• Manage wellbeing programmes and benefits administration (Medicash, Healthcare, Life Assurance).
• Organise training for Line Managers on HR processes and people skills.
• Provide 1st line HR support for line managers on employee relations matters.
• Train and mentor HR Administrator/Coordinator.
