Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a People Services HRIS Analyst to manage large-scale employee data across Oracle, SuccessFactors and ADP GlobalView, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll and People Services to drive better people decisions and experiences.

In this full-time, hybrid role based in Northampton, you’ll handle data uploads, position changes and system configurations, while supporting projects and best-practice usage of HRIS across the UK business.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with HR systems and data integrity.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView and Oracle Fusion is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Able to work in a hybrid Northampton-based role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS data across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy.
• Process large employee and position data uploads and updates.
• Support TUPE activities, audits, and data integrity checks.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and People Services teams.
• Provide user support and assist HRIS-related projects.
