Job summary

Analox is seeking an HR Support Officer to provide proactive HR operations support across the full employee lifecycle. The role combines people-focused operations with HR systems, engagement, wellbeing and employer branding initiatives.

You will work closely with the HR Manager, owning day-to-day HR operations, supporting system development (HiBob) and coordinating engagement activities to improve the employee experience across Analox.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in HR administration or operational HR in a busy environment.
• Experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data, with strong IT and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, people-focused operational support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Own day-to-day HR operations and system development with HR Manager.
• Coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing and employer branding initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, changes, leavers, benefits and absence; assist payroll preparation and HR reporting.
