Job summary

Eliquo Hydrok, a UK-based water solutions company, is seeking an HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations, serving as the go-to contact for managers and employees seeking guidance. The role focuses on standardising end-to-end HR processes, systems and documentation while managing HR tools and recruitment activities.

You will support onboarding, reviews and offboarding, monitor attendance and wellbeing initiatives, and lead a small HR team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Line management experience and ability to lead HR projects.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple priorities.
• Team player with collaborative mindset across departments.
• Self-starter with focus on results and delivery.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• A satisfactory DBS check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR department operations and act as main point of contact for managers and staff.
• Standardise end-to-end HR processes, systems and documentation.
• Own, deploy and manage HR systems (Teamtailor, Simployer, Time & Attendance, DocuSign).
• Oversee recruitment processes via Teamtailor, including job postings.
• Manage onboarding, performance reviews and offboarding processes.
• Monitor attendance and absence trends; implement actions where needed.
• Coordinate wellbeing programs and benefits administration (Medicash, healthcare, life assurance).
• Train and mentor HR Administrator/Coordinator (reports to HR Officer).
