Job summary

McGregor Boyall is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the People Operations team and deliver a high‑quality global HR service from our London office.

You will optimise HiBob, streamline processes, ensure regulatory compliance across geographies, and partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and senior leaders to drive employee experience.

This role requires leadership, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in global HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, SMCR and immigration compliance across geographies.
• Pragmatic, commercial approach to improving HR processes.

• Use people data and insights to improve HR services and decision-making.

Skills and Experience

• Significant experience in global HR Operations or HR Shared Services, including at least two years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience managing and optimising HiBob.
• Knowledge of employment law, SMCR and immigration compliance across multiple geographies.
• A pragmatic, commercial approach to improving HR processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
