Job summary

Catch22 is seeking an HR Operations Officer to provide a customer-focused HR processing service across the organisation. You will work with Service Managers to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, covering roles approval, onboarding, background checks, offers and contracts, leaver processes, and payroll variations.

You will collaborate with the People Operations Manager and the Strategic People Partners to ensure smooth HR operations, with emphasis on confidentiality, accuracy, and

Qualifications

• Understanding of HR or strong interest in HR with willingness to study further.
• Good basic education and strong administrative skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate ATS to approve and publish roles and support onboarding and background checks.
• Issue offers and contracts and administer leaver processes.
• Process variations to contracts and payroll and enter timesheets.
• Monitor key HR events (DBS renewals, etc.) and support TUPE transfers when needed.
• Support managers with informal and Stage 1 sickness absence cases and maintain confidentiality.
