Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist for a client based in Yorkshire. This permanent role operates Monday to Friday with hybrid working (up to 2 days from home).

You will manage lifecycle HR tasks, maintain records, support payroll and employee relations, and contribute to HR reporting. The ideal candidate has HR experience and strong communication skills; CIPD qualification or ongoing study is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CIPD qualification or actively pursuing CIPD.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle tasks and documentation including preparing contracts, pre employment checks, inductions and reviews.
• Maintain accurate and up to date employee records
• Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis
• Assist with payroll administration, regarding starters, leavers, salary changes, absence and other payroll-related matters
• Support with employee relations matters, including meeting arrangements, correspondence and documentation.
