Job summary

Harvey Performance Company in the UK seeks an HR Generalist to support the HR function across the business. The role is hybrid, with 2 days on site at Tamworth and the option to work up to 3 days remotely, within a multinational structure.

The successful candidate will have 3–4 years in a generalist HR role and a HR qualification, preferably CIPD. You will help manage employee lifecycle processes, employee relations, compliance with local law and GDPR, and payroll coordination while partnering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3-4 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent (preferred).
• Knowledge of EU GDPR and local employment law.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and contracts in coordination with global HR.
• Advise managers on disciplinary, grievances, and absence management.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local employment laws.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant employee data and records.
• Assist payroll, leaves, and benefits coordination.
• Prepare HR metrics and reports for stakeholders.
• Promote inclusive workplace culture.
