City of York Council is seeking three experienced HR Generalists to join our HR team. The roles require CIPD Chartered status and Level 5 HR qualification with proven advisory experience in a unionised, multi-functional setting.

You will work on organisational change, employee relations, and complex contractual changes, with proactive relationship-building and strong communication across groups. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Chartered CIPD member and Level 5 HR qualification or equivalent.
• Experience as a professional HR advisor in a multi-functional, unionised organisation.
• Knowledge of organisational change, employee relations and employment legislation.
• Experience advising on complex contractual change.
