People First is seeking an HR Specialist in the United Kingdom to join a hybrid team. The role focuses on end-to-end employee lifecycle, learning and performance, and ER/governance within the UK insurance sector.

Salary up to £60k, with a flexible hybrid pattern (4 days on site, negotiable to 3 days in the office + 2 at home after settling in). The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree, bring strong HR experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Relevant degree or qualification.
• Experience within the insurance industry.

Aufgaben

• Support the HR team in end-to-end employee journey.
• Assist training and development of new joiners and existing employees.
• Assist the administration of compensation and benefits.
• Support management of employee performance and target setting.
• Support employee engagement and survey reporting.
• Assist HR team on employment relations and handling sensitive information.
• Work on HR data management and report HR information.
• Assist with HR queries and preparation of employment letters.
• Maintain relationships across departments and act as a trusted business partner.
