Job summary

Network Rail seeks a proactive HRBP Support professional to provide HR guidance to HRBP teams and deliver the people plan across the business. The role is based in Reading with hybrid working and requires strong organisational and analytical skills to drive value-add HR initiatives.

You will support Talent Management, workforce planning, performance planning and data accuracy while assisting change programmes and ad hoc HR activity. CIPD qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a large, complex organisation with HR support duties.
• Understanding of HR processes and data handling.
• Ability to support HR initiatives and projects with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience of change programmes and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, professional HR support to HRBP teams and the business to deliver value-add HR and people plans.
• Support Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Planning and performance planning with data management.
• Assist Organisation Change programmes through development and implementation phases.
• Provide project management support, tracking, measuring and communicating timelines.
• Support reporting, research and analysis to underpin HR initiatives.
• Identify and develop solutions to continuously improve HR support and knowledge areas.
• Maintain up-to-date HR knowledge to contribute to operational and value-add initiatives.
• Take ownership for delivery of assigned work within HR programmes and activities.
